Papertrail Technologies LLC built the Papertrail Auto application ("Product") as a Freemium app. This service ("Service") is provided by Papertrail Technologies LLC at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This document is intended to inform users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for those using our Service. By choosing to use our Service, the User agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. UXCam may record: Screens visited, Interaction patterns (such as screen actions, gestures: taps, scrolls), and Device details (Type, Version, Model, Operating System). This information collected by UXCam is used exclusively for the improvement of the Product.
UXCam does not collect personally identifiable information and does not track browsing habits across apps.
The Company wishes to inform the User that whenever the User uses the Service, in the event of an error in the Product, the Company collects data and information (through third-party products) on the User's device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as the User's device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the Product when utilizing our Service, the time and date of the User's use of the Service, and other relevant statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to the User's browser from the websites that the User visits and are stored on the User's device's internal memory.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the event the Company discovers that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, the Company will immediately delete such information from its servers and terminate the associated account. If the User is a parent or guardian and becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information, they must contact the Company so that the necessary actions may be executed promptly.
